By accessing or using lsts.me ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
lsts.me lets you create and share wish lists. The Service is provided free of charge, "as is", and without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
Your account
You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the lists and content you create. By posting content you grant us permission to store and display it so we can provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you create and must not post anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. In particular, do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it abusively, or use it to break the law or infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is handled.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
